On Finance and Operations, your admin installs our FO-connect extension and registers our app, and we walk you through it. Like any package deployment, the environment is offline while it applies, so plan it for a maintenance window. White-glove onboarding is available on Enterprise if you want a hand.
Your data stays in your tenant. Sign-in is Microsoft single sign-on, IBB Reports has read-only access, and every access to your Business Central or Finance and Operations data is logged.
Yes, on every plan. Tell us who needs what and IBB sets it up, for example AR and AP aging and no other reports for a receivables clerk. It's enforced on IBB's servers, in-cell formulas included, and every change is logged for your auditors. Access never goes beyond your plan (aging reports, for example, come with Pro and Enterprise), and each restricted user is still a seat.
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the month. Annual plans run to the end of their term. No lock-in beyond the term you choose.
